HabitFlow

Privacy policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

This policy explains what information HabitFlow (the website at habitflow-daily.pages.dev) collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Why we use it

Who can see it

Your app content (habits, tasks, journal, notes and so on) is visible only to you. Your sign-up details and feedback are also visible to the HabitFlow administrator, so we can support you and understand our users.

Data is stored with Google Firebase (authentication and database) and the website is served by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile and app data are removed straight away.

Your choices and rights

Children

HabitFlow is meant for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent's or guardian's permission.

Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Database access rules make sure each signed-in user can only read and change their own data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Big changes will be announced in the app.
